“Before I tell you how much we love Eric I want you to know I never write reviews and I typically hate lenders lol. I fired my lender 33 days before our home was completed. I fired him for calling me "sweetie" and "honey" when I began to challenge the costs he had listed in our loan. I don't know If you know anything about pre menopausal women.....we are dangerous lol. We had no where to go and knew NO ONE in a new state. Luckily a private referral for Eric was bestowed upon us. Within 20 minutes of talking to this guy and I knew he was the man. He let me freak out a little, he let me cuss PROFUSELY and then he made it all better. Not one time did we feel overwhelmed, confused or taken advantage of the minute Eric showed up. We ended up saving over $400 a month on our mortgage. I KID YOU NOT. He's now a part of the family as I'm sure his first born will be named after me. “Eric is truly a "Loan Wizard." I've never called someone a Wizard before, and don't use the term lightly. But I used the term one day when talking to Eric, when he was making magic happen. A Wizard is defined as "a person who has magical powers" or alternately "a person who is very good at something." I don't know if Eric has any magical powers, but it surely seemed that way to my wife and I. I do know that he is very good at something, that being getting loans for home buyers in difficult situations. We had several banks and mortgage brokers tell us it was impossible to get into the house of our dreams. I am self-employed and we needed a jumbo loan on a new construction. After getting rejected dozens of times, only one other broker had a deal for us, but it was very expensive. Eric swooped in and set us up with a loan that ended up saving us six figures on out of pocket costs at closing, plus much less onerous requirements, and a quicker process. It was amazing, fast, and saved us a lot of money and time, not to mention our sanity. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. If he can't do it, nobody can.”

“A few years back, I was just starting to get to a point in my 20's where purchasing a home was within my grasp.
